Dr. Higgins has strategically assembled a team of PI's and sub-PI's, each specializing in different medical disciplines reflective of the diverse Southeast Houston population. This collaborative approach enables Kaleidoscope Clinical Research to expand its focus beyond mental health and delve into various medical disorders. The team's expertise covers a broad spectrum, including internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, and infectious diseases.

Dr. Napoleon Higgins Jr.
Principal Investigator
​Dr. Napoleon Higgins is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist in Houston, Texas. He is the owner of Bay Pointe Behavioral Health Services and Kaleidoscope Clinical Research.
Dr. Higgins is the Executive Director of the Black Psychiatrists of America, and CEO of Global Health Psychiatry,
Dr. Higgins is an author and co-author of multiple books on ADHD, depression and grief, Black mental health and physician practice issues. He also specializes in nutrition and health to improve patients’ lives mentally and physically.
Alain Sayegh
Founder of SCLA
Alain Sayegh is the founder of SCLA which is partnered with Kaleidoscope Research as the site management organization. He is an experienced Finance Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & healthcare industry. Sayegh is skilled in Healthcare Consulting, Microsoft Excel, Analytical Skills, Clinical Research, and Customer Service. He is also a strong finance professional with a Masters of Healthcare Administration/ Masters of Business Administration focused in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from University of Houston-Clear Lake.
